Hannah received her 200 hour RYT certification in India, while on break from teaching elementary school art in Shanghai, China. She has always very much enjoyed teaching whatever the subject. She loves learning about the needs of each individual personality type and what suits them best on their own journey.
Hannah is a firm believer in the philosophy that “Yoga is to change the shape of the mind, not the body.” With that mindin most of her classes will emphasize vinyasa flow and gentle strength building for a practice that guides us towards balance
