Phil started practising Yoga 14 years ago to rehab a back injury.

He found his first teacher, Dana Parry and studied with incredible teachers over the years at numerous schools and studios such as Sivananda (NYC & Nassau Bahamas), Jivamukti (NYC, London & Berlin), OM Yoga, & Modo Yoga (NYC, & Los Angeles) before obtaining his 200 Hour RYT certification. He is trained in multiple disciplines including Asana, Pranayama, Restorative, Meditation, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Prenatal, & Yoga Nidra.
