Sher teaches yoga with the goal to meet you where you are in your practice and providing the tools to nourish mind, body, and soul for embodied connection. She believes that everybody can unlock the magic of yoga through conscious breath and intentional movement.
She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and holds over 500 hours of teacher training. Through meditative and playful movement sequences, Sher specializes in making yoga accessible for all and is an International Association of Yoga Therapists candidate for 2023.
