Tricia Cooney is a registered yoga teacher with additional certifications in prenatal and kids yoga. Before teaching yoga Tricia was a special education teacher and a program manager for a not-for-profit sports program. She is dedicated to providing movement and wellness to people with all abilities and needs. As a longtime resident of this city she knows how important a robust physical and spiritual practice is to one’s overall wellness. Her classes are calming, dynamic and strengthening with a focus on functional movement and alignment. Music, mindfulness and breath work are utilized to bring optimal relaxation and comfort to her students experience.
