Sweat and Restore
Heat building vinyasa flow practiced in candlelight environment. Focus on breath and body movement with a sequence that will improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Including Yin and Restorative posture at the end, to help release tension and calm the nervous system. It’s a blissful balance of strength and surrender. Prior yoga experience is encouraged, but not required. Open to all levels.

Atmananda Intermediate Flow
The Atmananda Sequence was developed by Jhon Tamayo. It's a vigorous vinyasa flow combining elements of Hatha and Asthanga yoga. The sequences focuses on using the principles of proper alignment for a safe practice, yet challenging practice. Intermediate level practitioners and above are welcome to join this class (at least 3 months of regular practice).
This class is a mix of breath work, vinyasa flow, Iyengar poses, and core work - helping to strengthen your mind, body, and center. Focus is on being mindful of the breath, body, and tension. We strengthen, lengthen, and expel toxins from the body while using the breath to calm the mind.
Advanced Liquid Flow
Dig deep as this heated power vinyasa flow will challenge you physically and test your edge beyond perceived limitations. Dynamic sequences link breath with movement creating a fluid meditation in motion that is anything but traditional. You will build strength, balance and flexibility while opening up the heart and calming the mind. The class ends with a deep, soothing cool down that is sure to have you melting into your mat. All levels welcome.
The Atmananda Sequence was created by Atmananda founder, Jhon Tamayo. Push the boundaries of your endurance as we move through a series of postures designed to open the body and allow the mind to calm.
A power vinyasa flow linking breath with movement that will build strength, balance and flexibility while opening up the heart and calming the mind. Advanced postures will be explored, including arm balances and inversions. The class ends with a deep, soothing cool down that is sure to have you melting into your mat.
A movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body, training the core using the Spiral Structure technique.
This energizing class emphasizes proper alignment and breath work as we move through sun salutations and vinyasa (flow). Each class offers a unique sequence to either highlight certain muscle groups or to accommodate a central focus; be it arm balances, inversions, or backbends. Modifications are always offered so that the fun can be shared by yogis of all levels.
