Arielle completed her 200-hour vinyasa training at Three Sisters Yoga in Manhattan, is trained as a trauma-informed yoga teacher through Exhale to Inhale, and is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise.

A self-named "non-creative," Arielle found that teaching yoga ignited a creative spark that she didn't know she had and aims to incorporate this feeling into her classes, with flows that feel both familiar and new at the same time. She believes that in addition to yoga being therapeutic, athletic, meaningful, or so many other things, that it should also be fun, and tries to bring a sense of levity to each class.

Arielle has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and is deeply grateful for the mind-body connection that it has given her throughout the many phases of her life. She hopes her students feel this same connection, as yoga is truly for everybody and any body.
