Do you provide yoga mats or should I bring my own?
We have mats at the studio available for rent for $3.99 - but you are always welcome to bring your own mats as well. If you plan on practicing yoga with us frequently, you can also store your mat at our studio for $15/month, so it will always be here for you.
How do I get to your studio?
We are located on East 54th Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, on the south side of the street. There are large glass doors at street level - before 5pm, they are unlocked. After 5pm, buzz #700 to be let in. Our buzzer does not make a sound to let you know it is unlocked - just pull the door! Once inside, take the elevator to the 7th floor - we are the entire 7th floor. Leave your shoes in the hall and come on in!
I am running late to class, will I be allowed in?
We have a strict 5 minute policy. If you are pre-registered for class and running late, we will hold the door for 5 minutes only. At that point, the studio door will be closed and locked. We do this for your safety as well as to be keep our classes running on time and respect the time and practice of students already in class. If the door is locked when you arrive late, please do not knock on the door. Please aim to arrive to class 10 minutes before class starts to have time to check in and get settled before practice.
Are there showers at the studio?
We have recently reopened our showers and they are available to you if you need them!
How do I schedule a spa treatment?
You may contact us directly here to request a spa appointment! We recommend scheduling at least 24-hours in advance.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
For Spa Treatments, we require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24-hours notice will incur a rescheduling fee.
For group yoga classes, we require 2-hours notice. Any classes cancelled less than 2 hours in advance will be considered Late Cancellations. We charge a Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee for all Unlimited Yoga Members. Class Packs and Drop-Ins will lose class credit.
Are you available on ClassPass/GymPass?
Yes! Our regular group yoga classes are available on both! Our workshops and private sessions are not.
How do I schedule your Signature Package?
Our Signature Package combines a regular group yoga class, with a Himalayan Salt Body Scrub (30min), and a Massage (one hour) - the entire experience is approximately 2.5 hours. While we typically recommend experiencing the spa portion of the package immediately following a yoga class on our schedule, we occasionally schedule the scrub and massage before a class. The scrub and massage can also be scheduled at a different time/day altogether, if it works better for your needs. Contact us for availability.
