Spa Policies

* All Spa Services must be paid for in advance.
* We require a Credit Card on file to schedule spa services. 
* Some specialty treatments can only be performed by specific therapists. Please verify availability before purchasing.
* All refund requests are subject to a $6 fee.
* We require 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel spa treatments. Any rescheduling or cancellation requests made with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a fee at the rate of $40/hr.
