This mat was designed by a yoga instructor, specifically for practicing yoga. Made from virgin rubber and natural jute, this mat is nonslip and comfortable cushioned for optimal practice. They are easy to clean and made from 100% non-toxic and biodegradable material. With body placement guides, designed to help encourage alignment, this is the ideal mat!
