Alexis(she/her) has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She comes to her personal practice and classes with a dharma focus weaving complex themes into digestible language and body awareness. She received her 200 hour RYT in hatha-vinyasa from a trauma informed approach and social justice lens .


Play, affirmation, and grounding are at the forefront for her. She guides practitioners based on presence rather than perfection.
