Come join us at Yoga Spa to deepen your knowledge of yoga, expand your personal practice, and become a teacher should you choose! With a focus on vinyasa, we will blend tradition, eastern and western sciences, and sprinkle in some other practices, to give you an expansive training that will set you on a lifelong path of learning.
