Balcony Summer Masterclass Series

Join Greg on our beautiful balcony for a series of 90-minute practices. This series will be held on 6 Sunday evenings throughout the Summer. We'll time the class to experience the sunset as we wind down our efforts of the day. This class will feature coherent and fluid asana, invigorating and soothing pranayama, closing with restorative poses and meditation to stitch it all together. You can expect doses of philosophy peppered throughout as we marinate in the energy of our vibrant city. The class will have a small capacity to facilitate it's intimacy and focus. This series is for all levels of practitioner.

A masterclass is simply one that does not compromise in it's wholeness. It approaches the practice holistically to aid the student in self-discovery and realization. Just bring yourself and an extra layer if you anticipate being chilly in the evening.
