Echoes of the Full Moon

A soothing fusion of Sound Bath Meditation, Restorative Yoga, and Reflective Journaling.

Inspired by the calming energy of the full moon, this practice uses harmonic vibrations and supported postures to release stress, integrate the month's experiences, and create space for renewal. You'll leave grounded, clear, and ready to step into the month ahead with a sense of intention. 

Participants will be guided through a session that begins with supported restorative postures, allowing the body to fully relax. Layered into the practice will be a live sound bath featuring harmonic instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes. The vibrations encourage the nervous system to shift into a deeply restful state, while the postures open the body gently and safely.
