January Gong Meditation

This is our monthly Gong Meditation with Milagros!  Dress warmly and comfortably, and bring a mat. If you do not have one, we have them available for rent for $3. Though our room will be warmed, during meditation your body temperature may drop, so please wear layers to be comfortable. As this is a sound meditation, late comers will disrupt the experience for everyone and may not be admitted. Please arrive early to set yourself up and get comfortable before the experience begins. We look forward to sharing this healing practice with you!
