Sound Meditation Workshop

Experience the transformational power of sound through the use of overtone emitting instruments & active listening.

An evening of play and exploration as we align with our radiant self & shed self-limiting beliefs & the narratives that keep us small.

This experience will include:

• A brief discourse on the unfolding of the evening & how to use sound as a bridge to expanded states of consciousness

• A Post Meditation Medicinal Libation

• Sonic exploration, vocal toning, breathe work

• Space to share, connect, & exchange experiences

* Wear comfortable clothes or layers as body temperature tends to cool during meditation & bring a mat.

Mats available for rental at the studio for $3. Please arrive early to set up and get comfortable before we begin. This is a meditation workshop - late-comers would be disruptive to the experience and may not be admitted.
