Structure & Flow Workshop

Join Milagros and Greg for a 2-hour workshop focusing on the foundational subtleties of physical yoga practice and the implicit awareness that develops from having good techniques. The workshop will first focus on creating structure and stability within the yoga postures themselves. We’ll then progress into a flow practice to embody the structure we’ve created and put it into motion. The practice will conclude with breathwork and meditation to refine the practitioner’s internal experience and orient us towards joy.
