I started practicing power yoga in 2003 and fell in love with how it made me feel. Prior to discovering yoga I was struggling with chronic back pain and had limited movement. It took me years to build strength and find freedom in my body, but the journey has been absolutely worth it. I have been compelled to share this practice ever since. Yoga is a practice of joy for me. I love the freedom that it brings to my body, mind, and spirit and am excited to share my passion for this practice with you. My mantra for the practice is “Find Joy! Breathe, move and do your best.” If you do that, you are doing it perfectly.
