Zach Sobel is a 500+ hour trained yoga teacher specializing in power vinyasa, slow flow, yin, and restorative practices. With additional training in trauma-informed yoga and over 50 hours dedicated to restorative yoga, Zach brings depth and compassion to his teaching. His journey began in 2015 after ACL surgery led him to hot yoga, where the discipline of structured sequences and breathwork laid the foundation for his path. Drawn to the freedom and fluidity of
vinyasa, he completed his first 200-hour teacher training at Revolution Yoga in 2019 and his 300-hour advanced training in 2024.
Zach’s teaching blends yogic philosophy with somatic awareness, guiding students into deep presence and embodied resilience. He is especially passionate about Yoga Nidra, meditation, and nervous system healing, creating spaces for rest, renewal, and emotional regulation. After transitioning from a decade-long career in corporate sales and marketing, Zach is now studying massage therapy and fully committed to the healing arts. Outside the studio, he enjoys weightlifting, basketball, bike riding, Jiu Jitsu, and catching live music—embracing a holistic and dynamic approach to movement, strength, joy, and well-being.
