Hi I'm Alyssa Grace. I've been practicing yoga for 11 years and started teaching yoga in 2014. It's become a huge part of my everyday life and I am very grateful to be able to share this enjoyable practice with my students. Yoga became a way for me to escape from all of life's stresses and worries. It creates a safe place for us to establish a home base without judgement where we can focus on the breath, movements, sweat, and find the empowerment to cultivate the kind of lives we want to live. My goal is to focus in on personal, physical and mental needs and gently guide students towards growth and improvement. Yoga helps me stay sane and also allows me to flip my perspective both physically and emotionally.
