Megan’s experience with yoga is about greater peace and self-acceptance. She has an infectious warmth and presence that fills the room, creating a safe space to explore and grow. With an emphasis on personal attention and alignment, Megan believes in creating space to play and explore within the asana. She is a deep believer in our connection to music, creating a deeper connection to the asana through the energy it creates. She cultivates an energy of non-judgment – of meeting yourself wherever you are on any given day and letting that be enough. If we can learn to forgive, love, and accept ourselves on the mat, it will be easier in our day to day lives.

Megan is also certified in Accessible Yoga, modifying asana practice for all levels of experience, regardless of age or ability.
